Hi Sami,
The software is called NASA World Wind and can be found at http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/. For it to move from location to location, you need a program called Skripter to create scripts that can be played within World Wind. That program can be found at http://forum.worldwindcentral.com/showthread.php?t=3910&highlight=skripter.
